Senior Digital Designer

Indigo Inc – September 2019 to Present

As part of the Indigo creative studio. Hybrid design role with the Digital Campaign Marketing and eCommerce UX Design teams. Integrating rapid digital marketing campaigns and retail eCommerce to work better together.

Lea is embedded in the digital transformation team working on the Indigo Design System as the UI discipline lead, creating the visual language for the digital design and development teams across the organization. She is also creating more cross department collaboration as a hybrid designer, between marketing and product team needs.


Senior Digital Designer

Critical Mass Inc. – April 2018 to August 2019

Matching strategic direction with design for internet and web-based marketing initiatives for a major U.S. bank, as well as adhoc projects and pitch-work for additional clients. Previously worked on SAP building an internal global communications campaign. Produced national campaign assets for Rogers Communications. Currently working with Citi Bank with copywriters, UX Architects, and Product Owners on multiple consumer banking experiences for browser and native apps.

Leading the Canadian creative department for all customer acquisition and partner comunications. Conceptualizing, art directing and producing all assets across print and digital mediums for all travel discount and destination partner campaigns.
